Series 63 exam Prep, class is designed to Prepare candidates To Pass the principles of state securities regulation established in the Uniform Securities Act and amendments adopted by NASAA it also includes the rules prohibiting dishonest and unethical business practices. The examination is intended to provide a basis for state securities administrators to determine an applicants knowledge and understanding of state law and regulations. The exam consists of 65 multiple-choice questions; only 60 questions will count toward the final required 72% passing grade (43 correct answers out of 60 questions); Time allowed is 75 minutes. |
