| Series 63 exam, is designed to qualify candidates as securities agents. The exam covers the principles of state securities regulation established in the Uniform Securities Act and amendments adopted by NASAA it also includes the rules prohibiting dishonest and unethical business practices. The examination is intended to provide a basis for state securities administrators to determine an applicant�s knowledge and understanding of state law and regulations. The exam is consists of 65 multiple-choice questions; only 60 questions will count toward the final required 72% passing grade (43 correct answers out of 60 questions); Time allowed is 75 minutes. |
