| 6 Week Study Group is held Wednesday or Thursday nights (Check Class schedule) 6:00 pm-10:00 pm at our San Jose branch office. New class starts approx. every 6 weeks.
Tuition Includes: Instructor led Study Group to complete Principles statutory requirement, Text Book and Open Book Final Exam Proctor, Upon Successful completion of the Home-Study Course Requirements and Final Exam Certification for California Real Estate Principles Course will be issued: Approved by DRE Sponsor Provider Approval # S0629
Please Note: This Study Group does not provide all three Statutory Requirements. The additional two required Statutory Requirements: California Real Estate Practice, and a third (3rd) Elective (Real Estate Finance) Statutory Certification (Required by CALDRE) will be offered in Class for an additional tuition of $150.00 (Regularly $198.00)

The Exam Preparation Course is designed to prepare you to PASS the First Time! This is a Play shop it is Interactive as we use Accelerated Learning Techniques. We recommend that you attend the Exam Prep minimum of two times, The First time to learn how and what to study, second time a few days before your exam to review and prepare for passing your exam the first time. Course Materials will be issued first day of class or may be shipped at and additional charge.
Please note: Upgrade to our Pass Track Program upon completion of all three statutory courses requirements we will coach you through the process of applying for your license and state exam. It is during this time that we recommend that you plan and attend as many exam preparation days as possible. Remember Struggling is Optional so why Struggle. Repetition is the mother of learning, the more you attend the Exam Preparation the more you will retain to be prepared to pass your state exam the First Time!
