Credit hours are structured into 4 hrs Credit per module. For Example: 12 hours Ethics and Code - three (3) modules, each module four (4) hours credit, must complete C 1, 2, 3; the 40 hour product knowledge - nine (9) modules, each module provides four (4) hours credit L/H or P/C 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 & 9 all modules must be completed for certificate of completion to be issued and reported as completed with Ca.
