License Renewal Requirement
Licensed on or before December 31, 1995----
Step One: Initial Four (4) Year Renewal:
- If the applicant completes only the Principles course prior to taking the State
Exam, and completes the remaining two (2) statutory course requirements within the
first eighteen (18) months after the issuance of a license; he /she must also complete
Ethics and Agency by the end of the first four (4) year renewal period.
- If the applicant completes all three (3) required statutory courses, he/she must
complete Step 2.
Step Two: All Subsequent Renewals:
- Forty-five (45) hours of C/E courses including Agency, Ethics, and
Consumer Protection.
Licensed on or after January 01, 1996---
Step One: Initial Four (4) Year Renewal:
- Forty-five (45) hours of C/E courses including Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing, and
Trust Fund Handling; and at least eighteen (18) hours of Consumer Protection.
Step Two:All Subsequent Renewals:
- Forty-five (45) hours of C/E courses including eighteen (18) hours of Consumer Protection
courses and two of the followings:
- Agency
- Ethics
- Trust Fund Handling
- Fair Housing
