4 hours of Ethics - effective January 31, 2006

Required for every agent to renew their CA Insurance License.

Agents who do not fulfill this requirement before their license expiration date will not be issued a new license until this requirement is fulfilled.

This new requirement is part of the required continuing education hours and does not increase the total continuing education hours that must be completed prior to renewal.

4 hours of Annuities Training

All Licensed Life Only or Life & Accident and Health must be re-certified every renewal period to continue to transact and sell Annuity contract. Please note the first certification requires 8 hours of annuity education training; there after licensee must only complete 4 hours which is again part of his continuing education requirements.
